Certified Lean Black Belt by the John Costanza Institute of Technology (legacy of Hewlett-Packard) in Denver, Colorado, which includes best-in-class Lean implementation and demonstrated competency in designing, employee training and implementation of Demand FlowTechnology® and Mixed-Model Manufacturing Line Design. Master’s Degree emphasis is Operations Research.


Skills include process time studies, workstation design, line balancing and optimizing process flow based on current customer demand (not forecast demand) with JIT inventory replenishment, and empowering employee that are organized into self-monitoring and self-reporting teams, which releases supervisory management to assist employees identify and integrate automation and work-aids for continuous improvement of quality and productivity. He was Director of the Healthcare vertical markets for BellSouth for 10 years, and has held leadership positions with Baxter, MDdatacor, Landacorp, MEDecision and other high tech software firms. He holds seventeen US Patents for telecommunication network design for healthcare and is a recognized subject matter expert in the interactions within the healthcare industry, from care provision, to claims/financial management, to sales, marketing and implementation/client services operations for healthcare technology firms.


David also leads our Fractional Executive and Consulting Services, and oversees all final product and service deliveries, in addition to being the hands-on executive for the sales and marketing management needs of our clients, building, enabling and managing the client's teams to success

Jerry brings over 25 years of senior leadership in high tech software companies, as COO, SVP and Director of companies including Biological and Popular Culture, MDDatacor, Unisys, Business Computer Applications, First Data Corporation, and as Capture Lead for 3 firms handling projects for the Centers for Disease and Control (CDC).  He has extensive expertise in data management and aggregation, and near-real-time pub/sub bus architectures, for immediate management reporting and analysis.


Jerry has worked for firms in the private sector as well as those that serve the needs of state & Federal Government providing Health and Information Technology solutioning and has held positions providing Business Development and Operations leadership.  Jerry's leadership style is one of a shared vision and success through teamwork through all levels of an organization

Diane Moogalian is a Global Operations executive with deep knowledge of Financial Services and business process operations.  Recently as a Client Executive at Convergys/Concentrix, she headed global partnerships in the financial services sector.  Previously as the Vice President of Operations for Personal Solutions for Equifax Diane was responsible for Operational strategy in support of Customer Care and Fulfillment of credit related products and services.  She possesses a strong background in international leadership and management of sales and customer experience organizations with a proven track record of success as an operational strategist, lender, P&L manager, consultant and start-up operations specialist.


Formerly, as Vice President of Emerging Markets Fulfillment with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Diane led a national operational strategy enabling increased market share in key minority markets.  Prior to Wells Fargo, Diane was a Group Manager in Operations for Capital One.  She held key operational roles in strategic growth businesses in domestic card, Canada Operations and UK Operations.  She operationalized cross-selling in the customer relations and voice response unit channels.

Mike Whitaker is an advisor to Windy Hill Group and also oversees delivery of our services teams.  He is a member and past President of the Pinellas Park Gateway Chamber of Commerce (St. Petersburg, FL), where he serves on the executive board and advisory council. Mike also served as the  President of the Pinellas Park Chamber of Commerce for two years. During his term he brought local businesses and governmental agencies together to serve the communities. He worked closely with the State of Florida, as well as the mayors and state representatives of all the surrounding cities. He is a member of the Pinellas Park Medical District where serves as a board member, as well as serving on several other boards as director or advisor. 


Mike's significant career includes sales management for WellCare HealthPlans, and was co-founder and Vice President of operations for Industrial Tapes and Adhesives for over 15 years, one of the largest Industrial distributors in the state of Florida. He also was the founder and owner of Florida MedSearch and oversaw its sale to  America's MedSearch, where Michael served as COO during the transition.  He previously held the position of adjunct faculty professor at Hillsborough Community College for 4 years, teaching various business topics.​

Denise has held management positions in large and small companies in insurance and big data (for example, AXA Financial, Prudential Financial, Cigna, LexisNexis and Prognos Health).   Denise Olivares earned a BA in Public Policy and a BA in Economics from Duke University. She holds certifications as a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), as well as life and health and property/casualty insurance licenses. She currently serves as a member of the LOMA Textbook Review Panel and participates in a number of industry marketing, product and technology groups.
