                           Diane Moogalian

                                    Global Operations Leader


Diane Moogalian is a Global Operations executive with deep knowledge of Financial Services and business process operations.  Recently as a Client Executive at Convergys/Concentrix, she headed global partnerships in the financial services sector.  Previously as the Vice President of Operations for Personal Solutions for Equifax Diane was responsible for Operational strategy in support of Customer Care and Fulfillment of credit related products and services.  She possesses a strong background in international leadership and management of sales and customer experience organizations with a proven track record of success as an operational strategist, lender, P&L manager, consultant and start-up operations specialist.


Formerly, as Vice President of Emerging Markets Fulfillment with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Diane led a national operational strategy enabling increased market share in key minority markets.  Prior to Wells Fargo, Diane was a Group Manager in Operations for Capital One.  She held key operational roles in strategic growth businesses in domestic card, Canada Operations and UK Operations.  She operationalized cross-selling in the customer relations and voice response unit channels.

David has over 30 years of successful healthcare software industry corporate experience, with a focus on sales, marketing and corporate management in healthcare, technology and software companies.  He was Director of the Healthcare vertical markets for BellSouth for 10 years, and has worked for Baxter, MDdatacor, Landacorp, MEDecision and other high tech software firms. He holds seven US Patents for telecommunication network design for healthcare and is a recognized subject matter expert in the interactions within the healthcare industry, from care provision, to claims/financial management, to sales, marketing and implementation/client services operations for healthcare technology firms.


David also leads our Fractional Executive and Consulting Services, and oversees all final product and service deliveries, in addition to being the hands-on executive for the sales and marketing management needs of our clients, building, enabling and managing the client's teams to success

                             


                             DENISE OLIVARES

Denise is an outside Advisor to Windy Hill Group's leadership and provides guidance on the growth of the organization.  She is an executive leader with demonstrated achievements in strategic planning, product development and management, market development, and brand building initiatives. Effective team leader skilled at using innovation and best practices to transform businesses and drive profit. Experience working on multi-cultural management teams in seven countries on three continents. Product knowledge includes life and health insurance, retail brokerage, annuities, investment products, and big data.   She enjoys the big picture and the details, and easily moves back and forth, motivating teams to achieve great successes. 

Denise has held management positions in large and small companies in insurance and big data (for example, AXA Financial, Prudential Financial, Cigna, LexisNexis and Prognos Health).   Denise Olivares earned a BA in Public Policy and a BA in Economics from Duke University. She holds certifications as a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), as well as life and health and property/casualty insurance licenses. She currently serves as a member of the LOMA Textbook Review Panel and participates in a number of industry marketing, product and technology groups.

Jordan heads up our medical practice and clinical operations, and has a long history of medical clinic turn-around and improvement.  He is currently COO of Discounted Medical USA, and CEO Immediate Med Care, two leading firms in urgent care and pain management.

 

Jordan's diverse background and international expertise brings a fresh viewpoint in knowing the needs of end user buyers of healthcare software, and can positively translate those needs to our clients.

                                      Finance/CPA, Medical Operations and Financial Controls Leader - Practice Management


Calvin is a CPA with an extensive background in banking and in healthcare operational finances.  He heads up our medical practice and clinical operations financial functions, and has a long history of medical clinic turn-around and improvement.  He is currently CFO of Immediate Med Care, a leading firms in the urgent care and pain management industry.

Tom is an outstanding IT leader and consultant with 35 years of direct experience in programming and product development, building, refactoring and leading product support, solution implementation, Managerial Coaching,  and professional services for solutions providers.  He has executive experience at Holon, Streamline Health, CareCentric, DocuSys, and Eclipsys.  In addition, he has an MBA from the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University, and holds certifications in Mergers and Acquisitions, Managerial Coaching, and Account Management.
